We are looking to recruit an operations manager/coordinator for Delhi office to give the impetus to the operations. |

JOB DESCRIPTION 1. This is a full time position that will require the candidate to have the spirit of Sewa, dedication and professional work ethics. 2. The candidate will have to coordinate with all the Directors & Volunteers to conceive projects to be carried out during the calendar year. 3. The candidate will have to understand the projects undertaken in past & other ongoing projects across the globe & remodel if need be to suit the local environment in order for the projects to have the right impact. 4. The candidate will have to work through project conceivement to its implementation & finally evaluating the impact of the project undertaken 5. All projects would need funding; therefore, the candidate will in coordination with team mates plan for raising required funds. QUALIFICATION & OTHER REQUIREMENTS 1. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills; creative aptitude and an ability to work as part of a team are the prerequisites for the successful candidates. 2. The candidate should be able to deal professionally with executives, managers, teachers, and administrators with a deep sense of service & high level of commitment. 3. The candidate should value integrity as a very basic requirement; and, should have a high moral conduct. 4. Ability to design, implement, run projects successfully. Should be able to create reports for all phase cycles of the projects. Should be an extremely good communicator, and should be able to use this skill to keep the team members informed through all phases of the project. 5. The candidate should be able to travel and stay at project sites for short periods. 6. The candidate should be computer literate. Email savvy. Hands on: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint. These skills will be put to use by the OM/C to design flyers, powerpoints, project reports and assimilate this information into a database. SALARY & BENEFITS 1. The candidate will be reimbursed for all expenses incurred by him in carrying out his approved activities and duties. 2. The candidate will be provided with a mobile phone. 3. Suitable salary will be negotiated to attract the appropriate candidate. 4.
