Over 50 providers from 11 agencies came together on September 30, 2012 at Gurdwara Sikh Cultural Society to provide essential health services to the community. The fair attracted over 200 people who accessed services such as Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Cholesterol, BMI, Stroke awareness information, Mental Health Screening, Oral health screenings, and Insurance information.
